About the role of Assistant Site Manager
You'll be working with a 5-Star house builder working alongside a team on 300 timber frame units, for a local housing association, based in Cheshire. They have built an enviable reputation in the housing sector, specialising in new build affordable and spec housing developments, and have a lot of repeat business due to working in partnership with housing associations. They maintain a low staff turnover by fostering internal career progression and promoting from within.
Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager
- Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
- Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
- Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
- Coordination and progress meetings.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
- A proven track record of delivery as an Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector.
- You will have experience working on timber frame developments.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
