Procurement and negotiation of subcontract packages

Cost planning, budget management and financial reporting

Preparation of monthly valuations and cost reports

Management of subcontractor accounts and variations

Providing commercial oversight and support across multiple projects

Collaboration with technical and buying teams to drive efficiencies

Maintaining strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners

Requirements:

Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level within the construction sector

Strong residential or housing experience

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to lead commercially on schemes and support junior team members where required

Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills

Commercially astute with a proactive and organised approach
