I'm working with a well-respected main contractor operating across the Midlands who are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver major industrial and logistics developments out of their Leicester office.

With a strong pipeline of work including large-scale warehouses, distribution hubs, and manufacturing facilities, this is an excellent opportunity to join a commercially robust contractor delivering high‑value projects for blue‑chip clients.

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre‑construction through to final account, including:

• Commercial management of industrial & logistics schemes
• Procurement of subcontract packages
• Valuations, variations and cost reporting
• CVRs and forecasting
• Subcontractor management and payments
• Final accounts and project close‑out
• Working closely with site teams and senior management

My client is keen to speak with commercially driven Quantity Surveyors who have:

• Experience working for a main contractor
• Background delivering industrial, logistics, or commercial builds
• Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
• Confident communicator with supply chain and client teams
• Ability to manage projects independently

• Salary of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
