Develop and nurture strong client relationships
Collaborate closely with building surveying and architectural teams
Lead the delivery of refurbishment and new build projects
Contribute to estate strategies for education sector clients

RICS-accredited degree
Strong building surveying expertise
Experience conducting feasibility studies
Proven project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
