We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a successful and independent surveying practice covering the Liverpool area. This role would suit a motivated and professional Surveyor who is confident in undertaking residential valuations alongside Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys while enjoying the flexibility of remote working and a manageable workload.

The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
Conduct residential property valuations across your designated area Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys to a high professional standard Produce accurate and detailed reports for clients and lenders Manage your own diary and workload efficiently Maintain compliance with RICS and industry regulations Deliver a high level of customer service and professional advice Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Residential Surveyor Requirements:
