O’Neill and Brennan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a freelance contract on a prime residential project in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in super prime residential works, particularly with stonework and high-class joinery finishing.
The project has a tender value of over £10m, requiring immediate start to prepare prior to commencement on site. Qualifications include a degree in Quantity Surveying and a proven track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
