Contracts Manager

Our client is based in the Midlands and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple building safety remediation schemes across the midlands area, primarily within the affordable housing sector. The role centres on managing high-profile façade, compartmentalisation, passive fire-stopping, and structural remediation projects on occupied residential buildings, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, maintaining exceptional resident communication, and delivering works safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

The CM will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, working under negotiated JCT PCSA and JCT Design & Build contracts, managing project teams, subcontractors, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement.
