  • Valid First Aid qualification.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
Education and Experience
  • Proven experience managing traditional new build housing projects on site.

  • Experience working to construction programmes and managing subcontractors effectively.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong leadership and site management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to construction sites.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and site plans.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.

  • Work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions and involves regular walking, standing, and site inspections.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times on site.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in traditional new build housing to join a reputable housing developer on a short-term contract basis. Applicants must possess the required qualifications and demonstrate a commitment to high standards of health, safety, and quality.
