Site Manager
Location:Travelling to various within East Midlands and West Midlands
Hours: Days only | Monday Thursday: 7:00am5:00pm | Friday: 7:00am4:00pm
Salary: £60,000 £ 65,000 DOE + Car Allowance (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Were working with a leading engineering and construction business who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in MEICA and the water industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with clients and providing regular progress updates to senior management
- Supervise construction, fabrication, and MEICA installation activities
- Attend and contribute to internal and external project and design meetings
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor programme timelines, costs, and workforce performance, including subcontractors
- Carry out regular quality, safety, and compliance inspections
- Oversee and manage commissioning activities for MEICA systems
- Maintain accurate site documentation including site diaries, reports, CPP, PMP, and CDM records
- Manage Temporary Works Registers and ensure weekly plant checks are completed
- Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health & safety culture across site

- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must have experience working within the water industry
- Proven experience delivering MEICA projects within the water industry
- Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and MEICA principles
- Knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong commercial awareness
- Familiarity with relevant standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and BS EN 1090
