The successful candidate will coordinate the tender process, liaise with subcontractors, and prepare valuations while ensuring compliance with NEC contracts.
Qualifications include a relevant degree or significant work experience, strong IT skills, and a full driving license. Competitive salary of up to £65,000, plus many additional benefits including enhanced maternity leave and a company car or allowance.
