Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join the client's commercial team in Southam on a contract basis. You will support tender pricing, risk assessments and contract negotiations while reporting to the Commercial Manager.
The role demands civils contractor experience, proven cost and time management, and a proactive, clear communicator capable of liaising with clients and subcontractors on complex highway projects. Experience with NEC contracts A/B/C is essential.
