Senior Planner - Top 10 Contactor

Senior Planner - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Planner to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £50m.

The initial projects include education, commercial and MOD contracts ranging from £10m - £40m under long-term framework agreements.

They are also partners on several frameworks including MOD, MOJ, P22 / P23+. Department for Education and as such have a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2026 and into 2028.

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £72,500 - £82,500 (DOE)
- Company car or allowance (£6,000)

Key Duties:

- Tender and construction phase planning
- Working on projects from £5m - £100m
- Identifying opportunities & risks
- Using ASTA Power Project

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Planner / Senior Planner
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Good working knowledge of ASTA or MS Project
- Experience on projects from £5m+

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Planner delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £10m+
