We are excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join a quality-focused residential developer based in Leicester.

- 2+ years' experience as a QS working on new-build housing projects
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft packages
- COINS experience desirable but not essential
