A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing contractor specialising in residential groundworks and civil engineering projects for some of the UK's leading house builders. Based in Leicester, this permanent position offers a salary of circa £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package. You'll play a key role in managing the commercial performance of projects, working closely with site teams and clients to ensure schemes are delivered on budget and to the highest standards.

• Manage project budgets, cost plans and financial reporting across multiple groundworks projects.
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, assess completed works and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare valuations, manage subcontractor accounts and support the production of final accounts.
• Produce accurate forecasts and commercial reports while monitoring project costs and risks.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
