Are you an experienced Strip‑Out Labourer looking for your next opportunity? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Strip‑Out Labourers to join a major commercial‑to‑residential conversion project in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large‑scale refurbishment project, carrying out internal soft strip and enabling works while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

• Essential:
  Valid CSCS Card
• Essential:
  Previous experience in commercial strip‑out and refurbishment projects
• Essential:
  Knowledge of safe demolition and soft strip procedures
• Desirable:
  Asbestos Awareness
• Desirable:
  Manual Handling
• Desirable:
  Face Fit Certificate
• Desirable:
  Additional construction tickets

• Carry out internal soft strip works.
• Remove ceilings, partitions, floor finishes, fixtures and fittings.
• Assist with general demolition and enabling works.
• Assist with temporary works installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Work independently and as part of the site team.
• Report any site issues to the Site Manager.
• Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Undertake any additional site duties as required.

• Hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Have previous commercial strip‑out experience.
• Be physically fit and capable of manual work.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Work to programme deadlines.

• Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice.
• Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.
• Co‑operate fully with the company and colleagues to ensure statutory and safety requirements are always met.
