Are you a Flooring Contracts Manager, or a Contracts Manager with flooring experience, looking to join a growing specialist contractor and take full ownership of a busy patch covering multiple live sites? Do you want a role with autonomy where you are trusted to run your sites properly, manage your own workload and be part of a business expanding into larger commercial work?

This established flooring contractor is part of a wider group and has built a strong reputation delivering new build housing projects. With continued year on year growth and a clear move into more commercial work, they are now looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to strengthen the team and support increasing demand.
You will manage 10 to 15 live sites at any one time across the East Midlands and surrounding areas, coordinating labour and subcontractors, overseeing quality and programme, and keeping delivery on track through regular site visits. Alongside the day to day site management, you will handle the contract administration including drafting and reviewing where required, with workflow and reporting managed through a CRM system.
This role would suit an experienced Flooring Contracts Manager, or a Contracts Manager from construction with clear flooring exposure, looking to move more directly into the sector with a stable, growing specialist company.
The Role:- Contracts Management across multiple flooring sites and projects
- Managing teams and subcontractors, quality, programme and delivery
- Patch based role across the East Midlands with regular travel
- Proven Contracts Management experience within flooring or strong flooring exposure
- Strong communication, negotiation and team leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and comfortable managing a multi site patch
