Project Manager – Student Accommodation

£75K–£85K + £7,500 Car Allowance + Package | Leicester | Tier 1 Main Contractor

Job security today. Career progression tomorrow. A Midlands business set to double in size.

We're working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor looking for a Project Manager to deliver a £50m student accommodation scheme in Leicester.

What makes this opportunity stand out? You're joining one of the UK's most cash-rich construction businesses, offering real financial stability, while working exclusively across the Midlands — no travelling around the country chasing projects.

Even better, the Midlands region is set to double in size over the next three years. That means a growing business, expanding opportunities and genuine scope to progress your career as the region develops.

The Role

You'll take the lead on a £50m student accommodation development, managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, quality, health and safety, and overall project delivery.

What we're Looking For

* Proven Project Management experience with a main contractor.

* Experience delivering large-scale residential, student accommodation, hotel or similar developments.

* Strong leadership, programme management and problem-solving skills.

* Ambition to grow with an expanding regional business.

What's in It for You?

* A flagship £50m construction project.

* The financial backing of a highly cash-rich Tier 1 contractor.

* Midlands-only projects, offering consistency and stability.

* The opportunity to join a region set to double in size within three years, with exciting potential for career progression.
