Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established SME building contractor in Leicester. The role encompasses estimating support, procurement planning, cash-flow monitoring, and timely applications for payment across residential and commercial projects.
You will prepare valuations, manage subcontractor payments, and work with Contract Managers to set project requirements while maintaining client and supplier relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.
