- Manage day-to-day construction activities across the project.
- Work closely with the EPC Project Manager to deliver the construction programme.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, materials and resources.
- Oversee construction of solar PV, BESS and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
- Monitor quality, progress and site productivity.
- Lead site meetings, briefings and toolbox talks.
- Manage subcontractor QHSE compliance.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with engineering, project management and HSE teams.
- Maintain site records, progress reports and construction documentation.
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Experience on large-scale solar, renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
- Strong subcontractor and site team management experience.
- Good understanding of construction programmes, RAMS and H&S.
- Experience coordinating civils, electrical and mechanical works.
- Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working on live construction sites.
