Area to be covered:
Typical projects situated within M25

Remuneration: £45,000 – £60,000

The role of Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of fire sprinkler projects
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims, and programme considerations
• Liaising with installation team and the office to ensure each project is successfully running
• Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope
• Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors

• Working on projects varying in size from £20k to £500k

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers with:

• Must have Quantity Surveying experience within fire sprinklers
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Strong ability to work independently
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
