We’re partnering with a Leicester-based creative agency that works with leading technology brands, delivering high-impact visual communications across digital, motion and presentation formats.
Their projects range from presentations, digital documents and interactive sales assets through to storyboards and motion-led video content — blending strategic thinking with strong visual craft.
They’re now looking for a Junior–Midweight Designer (or strong graduate) to join the team.
The RoleWorking closely with the Lead Designer, you’ll support the creation of high-quality visual communications across multiple formats.
This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals who is adaptable, detail-oriented and confident working across a variety of outputs — from asset creation and art working through to presentations and digital content.
Key Responsibilities- Create bespoke visual assets that interpret and abstract product UIs into clear, engaging visuals and narratives
- Artwork and refine assets to a high standard, ensuring consistency, clarity and brand alignment
- Support asset creation and storyboarding for video and motion outputs
- Assist with the design and development of digital documents, one-pagers and no-code email communications
- Provide presentation design support (amends, clean-up and layout)
- Source, adapt or generate icons, imagery and visual elements (including responsible use of AI tools)
- Help organise and maintain brand assets, templates and libraries
- Deliver work efficiently and accurately, responding positively to feedback and direction
- Strong grounding in design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling
- Experience as a Junior or Midweight Designer / Artworker (or a strong graduate portfolio)
- Confidence working across multiple formats and tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign — After Effects a bonus)
- Familiarity with generative AI tools within a design workflow
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Curious, proactive and open to feedback
- Exposure to video or motion workflows
- Experience working with enterprise or B2B brands
