About the role As a Creative Artworker you'll help bring our brand to life by creating eye-catching artwork across print and digital channels that inspires our customers at every touch point.
From in-store point of sale and social content to marketing campaigns and digital assets, no two days are the same. What youll be responsible for Preparing and refining artwork for both print and digital platforms, ensuring all materials are of high quality, brand-compliant, and production-ready. Processing and preparing artwork files, ensuring suitability for production across various media. Collaborating closely with the wider Creative team to refine visuals and assets for both print and digital use.
Carrying out precise design adjustments such as resizing, retouching, and colour corrections. Formatting and preparing artwork to meet industry standards and technical specifications. Maintaining an organised workflow, effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Applying a sharp eye for detail and creative problem-solving to spot potential design issues early. Developing and designing assets that adhere to style guides for campaigns.
Designing artwork for social channels. Designing and artworking for store point of sale, print advertising, OOH and all other printed collateral. Working closely with other departments (Design and Production, Creative Concept, Marketing, People Team) ensuring designs are aligned and fit for purpose Designing support for Video and Animation team. Designing support for Digital Design Team in web and email campaigns if required.
Supporting the wider Creative team requirements for image retouch and retouch notes, manipulation and final output of required file formats Were looking for someone who has 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a retail environment for leading national brands Experience designing effective creative assets for paid social media advertising across multiple platforms. Knowledgeable in print specifications and colour profiling Proven experience in design and production with a strong portfolio showcasing printed and digital design work A razor sharp eye for detail and consistency Strong understanding of design, typography, and layout.
A tenacious approach to quality The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently across both digital and print media. Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the flexibility to respond to changing priorities and support colleagues across the wider team as required. A high level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Figma is desirable) Portfolios must be added to your application Don't let it discourage you if you don't have all of this experience, it's a guideline that will help you hit the ground running.
