Designer Childrenswear

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially driven Childrenswear Designer to join a fast-paced, high-volume supplier working with some of the UK's leading high street retailers and supermarkets.

Specialising in trend-led, fashion-forward children swear, the business is looking for a designer who is passionate about the industry, has their finger firmly on the pulse of emerging trends, and can translate creative ideas into commercially successful product ranges.

This is a highly customer-facing role, so the ideal candidate will be confident, personable and commercially aware, with the ability to build strong relationships and present creative concepts effectively to key accounts.

This role is based in Leicester and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week required in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design multi-product children swear ranges for a broad portfolio of leading UK highstret retailers.
• Collaborate closely with the wider design team to develop commercially relevant seasonal collections inspired by the latest trends.
• Proactively drive product development, responding quickly to market trends, customer requirements and commercial opportunities.
