The Team & Focus of the Role

This newly created role bridges the gap between frontline surveying expertise and innovative learning design. Moving away from standard fee earning, you will take operational ownership of content creation for our training academy.

Your primary focus will be bridging the gap between field expertise and educational design. You will collaborate closely with Fisher German’s senior surveyors to capture real-time industry insights, then partner directly with our internal Training Designer to co create elite, scalable learning modules that are effectively delivered to Fisher German's internal teams.

Based in the Midlands, this is a permanent full-time position based on 37.5-hours (Monday – Friday) however we’re fully open to discussing part-time part and flexible working requirements, whilst also operating within a hybrid working policy.
