Etherial Agency LLC is seeking a freelance AI Video Creator & Editor for fully remote, paid project assignments.

We are looking for creators who understand the visual language of K-pop music videos, American pop music videos and music videos more broadly. Your portfolio should demonstrate polished, professional work with strong visual direction, storytelling, editing rhythm, colour grading, natural-looking movement and consistent characters and scenes, with a production-ready finish. We prioritise the quality of your finished work and your contribution to it over the number of AI tools you use.

• Create music videos, trailers, teasers, adverts and short promotional videos from agreed creative briefs.
• Generate suitable AI-assisted visual material and edit supplied footage into coherent finished videos.
• Develop clear storytelling, pacing and transitions, with attention to natural movement and consistent faces, characters and scenes.
• Identify and correct visual artefacts, continuity issues and generation errors.
• Refine colour, sound and final exports for the agreed formats and channels.
• Communicate progress and complete the agreed revision rounds.

Scope, deliverables, fees, revision rounds and schedule will be negotiated before each assignment. Production expenses and generation credits must also be agreed in advance. There are no fixed weekly hours or guaranteed volume of work.

Only authorised footage, music, voices, likenesses and other assets may be used. Supplied confidential assets must be protected and may not be reused, shared or included in a portfolio without prior written permission. Usage rights and any portfolio permissions will be agreed in writing for each project.

A portfolio demonstrating video creation and editing is essential. Please explain your own contribution and the tools used for each relevant example.

• Practical ability to combine AI assisted generation with video editing and post production.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition, continuity and attention to detail.
• Ability to improve natural movement, maintain face and scene consistency, and remove generation errors.
• Confidence with color and sound finishing and delivery in agreed formats.
• Ability to follow briefs, communicate clearly, manage project deadlines and respond to agreed feedback.
• Knowledge of Kpop music videos, American pop music videos and music videos more broadly, demonstrated through polished portfolio examples, is required.
• No degree is required. Students, graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be able to undertake freelance work lawfully from their location. Visa sponsorship is not available.
