About the Role

As an Apprentice Customer Service Representative, you’ll learn how to:

* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries

* Process orders accurately and efficiently

* Support customers with queries, issues, and delivery updates

* Work closely with internal departments to meet deadlines

* Maintain customer records and complete essential data entry

* Build strong working relationships across the business

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you become confident and capable in all aspects of the role.
