Service Coordinator RoleThe Service Team is looking for a new member to join the Team! As Service Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure the successful and timely completion of service orders.
Responsibilities- Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and queries, providing estimates and lead times for site visits, depot orders, and parts to ensure high customer service standards. - Service Order Management:
Oversee service orders from initial call logging to completion, keeping technicians' diaries up to date and ensuring depot repairs have the relevant purchase orders. - Customer Feedback:
Proactively update customers on service order statuses and spare part deliveries, keeping them informed of any changes or progress. - Scheduling:
Book and schedule planned service orders to ensure timely completion within the specified month as per contract activation details. - System Maintenance:
Maintain service management systems, ensuring orders are in the correct status and notes are current. - Team
Collaboration:
Support other departments to foster a team spirit within the company.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Proactive and works well on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Competent with MS Outlook and MS Excel.
- Outstanding Customer Service.
