Service Advisor/CSR - Leicester Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime! Shift pattern - rotating weekly
0600hrs to 1400hrs
10am to 1800hrs
1 in 3 Saturdays 0700hrs to 1200hrs

• Competitive salary up to £28,000 p.a. (depending on experience)

• you have the ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment
• Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone
• Be proactive in identifying customer needs and find solutions
• attention to detail
• Flexible and positive approach to changing cirumstances/priorities
• team oriented
• Good level of IT skills to include Excel, outlook

A busy fast paced role based in reception area

• Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers
• Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers
• Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
• Preparation and provision of invoices to customes at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
• carry out site administration
