Position: Accountancy Customer Support Specialist (9-Month FTC)
A growing fintech software company located in Wokingham is seeking an Accountancy Customer Support Consultant. This position requires a university degree in Accountancy and at least six months of customer service experience. Candidates will utilize their knowledge of UK tax to provide second-line support to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach. Training responsibilities also include supporting customer service staff and enhancing product knowledge.
