We’re looking for a committed, experienced professional who can dedicate part-time hours to this role. The position is ideal for someone seeking long-term stability and career growth.
Permanent employed field-based role managing a Home Collected Consumer Credit. Mutual are looking for candidates with great people skills who are hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.
No previous experience required, however, we would prefer someone who has minimal knowledge due to the nature of work, full training and guidance will be provided.
For this role you MUST, have a full UK Driving Licence.
As you develop within the role, you'll come to view the job as running your own small business.

Role: (Customer Representative)
Mutual have a vacancy for a customer representative servicing existing accounts, obtaining loan and retail orders and generating new leads. Our business is home collected consumer credit.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Representative:
Managing customer's payments
Promote the business and the products
Generate new leads
Help customers experiencing difficulties
Skills/Requirements:
Driving licence holder with access to a car
Good one to one communication skills
Self-motivated
Good planning and organisation skills
Ability to get on well with people and build relationships
