Position Details

Energy Expert – Leicester Hub

Salary: £27,976 per annum

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, face‑to‑face or over the phone.
• Provide practical, personalised energy‑saving advice to help customers reduce usage, lower bills and shrink their carbon footprint.
• Introduce customers to Utilita’s eco‑conscious products and services.
• Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently and translate technical information into everyday language.
• Serve as a sustainability ambassador, working with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving.
• Lead local green initiatives and collaborate with the team to inspire community participation.

• Passion for sustainability and community engagement.
• Strong communication skills across all channels.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Good customer service experience is desirable.
