Energy Expert (Part-Time)

Location: Leicester Hub

Salary: £27,976 (Pro‑rate) per annum

Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday – Saturday)

Join our Leicester Energy Hub team, delivering customer care, community support and sustainability. You will be the first point of contact for customers, provide energy‑saving advice and support sustainability initiatives.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers face‑to‑face or over the phone.
• Provide personalised energy‑saving advice to help reduce usage, lower bills and shrink carbon footprints.
• Introduce customers to innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
• Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently and translate technical information into everyday language.
• Act as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving.
• Lead local green initiatives and work closely with the team to inspire community participation.
