Our client is an international manufacturer with a large car service and showroom. This is a well-respected / well established and well-known car retailer. They have a rare opportunity to join their car servicing team as a Customer Service Advisor
* The role of the Customer Advisor / Service Advisor is to ensure that customer receives a first-class experience of customer service. Other aspects include
* Processing customer enquiries
* Deal with customer queries in a timely manner
* Liaise with customers via phone , email and in person
* Booking vehicles in for service and other works
* Other duties needed to support the function of the service division
Previous Experience / Skills
- * Industry knowledge
* A strong communicator via phone, email and in person
* Some customer service experience
* Proficient IT skills
