The Senior Service Advisor role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. As a Senior Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of the service department, welcoming customers, managing their enquiries, and ensuring they receive a smooth and professional experience throughout their visit.
Acting as the key link between customers and the workshop, the Senior Service Advisor plays a vital part in maintaining high standards, clear communication, and efficient workflow. What You’ll Be Doing- Greet customers and manage their service journey from start to finish
- Handle enquiries, concerns, and updates with professionalism
- Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate communication
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support the smooth running of the service department
