Senior Service Advisor - Leicester

Permanent | Full Time Basic

Salary:
Up to £32,000 | OTE: £38,000

The Senior Service Advisor role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. As a Senior Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of the service department, welcoming customers, managing their enquiries, and ensuring they receive a smooth and professional experience throughout their visit.

Acting as the key link between customers and the workshop, the Senior Service Advisor plays a vital part in maintaining high standards, clear communication, and efficient workflow. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Greet customers and manage their service journey from start to finish
  • Handle enquiries, concerns, and updates with professionalism
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate communication
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support the smooth running of the service department
