Position: Service Desk Analyst — Flexible Hours & Impact

Leicestershire Partnership Nhs Trust is seeking a dedicated individual for the Service Desk role to manage incoming issues within the busy IT service environment. The post holder will be the first point of contact, efficiently handling calls, emails, and faxes, while ensuring compliance with SLA/OLA standards.

Responsibilities include logging all interactions, resolving complex IM&T queries, and contributing to the knowledge base. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and experience in IT service management.
