Role Summary
Customer Advisor – Renewals. You will be the first point of contact for customers during their policy renewal process, listening to their queries, fact‑finding and offering the best product and price through our systems.
Responsibilities- Actively listen to customer inquiries and understand any changes to their policy details and circumstances.
- Use training and in‑house software to offer the most suitable products and price for upcoming insurance needs.
- Communicate confidently and accurately, ensuring customers understand their policy, quotation and services.
- Overcome objections and drive positive resolution through excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service during calls and follow‑up procedures.
- Resilient, persuasive and customer‑centric mindset.
- Experience delivering quality outcomes in a customer‑facing role.
- Self‑motivated, polite, and able to demonstrate problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent questioning, listening and communication abilities.
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate in‑house software while handling inbound calls.
- Ability to work week‑night shifts, including 3‑4 weekends per month (weekend shifts earn time off during the week).
Starting salary: £26,230 per annum. After completing the 12‑week training, salary increases to £26,550 and further progression up to £29,500 is possible.
