Medequip co in Leicester is looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for service users and health providers. You will manage inbound and outbound communication, ensure deliveries and installations are carried out correctly, and provide exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service environments and proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.

The role offers 20 hours per week with opportunities for development and a supportive team environment.
