Position: Service Desk Coordinator — 37.5h, Training Included
Location: Wigston

Apleona UK is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to enhance customer service efforts. This role involves taking incoming calls and emails, logging callouts, and planning maintenance across a diverse set of engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a service desk environment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word. Full training will be provided, and employees will have access to various benefits from day one.
