Hebrew speaking Customer Service Advisor

Shifts

• Sunday to Thursday 6am – 2pm
• Sunday to Thursday 7am – 3pm
• Sunday 10am – 6pm & Monday to Thursday 11am – 7pm
• Sunday 10am – 6pm & Monday to Thursday 12pm – 8pm

One of the top UK retailers is currently expanding its customer service team. They are looking for Hebrew speakers to join their international team at a brand new contact centre. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across the Hebrew and English‑speaking markets. This is a full‑time role (36 hours per week) on a hybrid basis (minimum 1 day per week in the office).

• Answer emails, chats and telephone calls in Hebrew and English
• Resolve customer enquiries regarding online orders
• Provide first‑line support and maintain a positive relationship with customers

• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
• Customer‑oriented with superb problem‑solving skills and excellent Hebrew language skills (written and spoken)
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Representative, Client Service Executive, Customer Care Coordinator or Customer Support Agent desired
• Professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast‑paced environment
