Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Glasgow Byres Road branch. The role is 21 hours per week, on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice supporting customers with cash transactions, technology help, and fraud prevention.
In this role you will build relationships, resolve issues, and develop knowledge of Santander products to improve customer experiences. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.
