Sodexo at Colchester Hospital is seeking a customer-focused Customer Services Representative to join our Facilities team. This role demands delivering excellent patient and customer experiences while coordinating requests across reception, helpdesk and ward areas.
You will handle inquiries by phone, email and digital systems, log and dispatch work orders, support portering and transport coordination, and maintain accurate records. The position is 15 hours per weekend with shifts across two weeks.
