Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding experience for customers at our venue. You will handle reception bookings, be the go-to person for questions, and spot sales opportunities while hosting parties and assisting across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke.
You will work in a fast-paced, fun centre, providing excellent service, staying organised, and collaborating with a great team. Evening and weekend shifts are required to cover peak times.
