As a High‑Rise Coordinator in our Localities team, you will serve as the first and main point of contact for all residents, visitors and external contractors at Elizabeth House and De Mont Fort  House. Your role will involve delivering the highest level of customer service, monitoring on‑site security, carrying out patrols and routine inspections, reporting hazards to the Operations Team, handling repairs, assisting with lettings, providing rent statements, and recording anti‑social behaviour incidents in line with Group policies.

You will also be the primary responder to emergency incidents, ensuring processes are followed, information is recorded accurately, and messages are passed on to responsible managers and emergency services. The role requires full flexibility to work 2 pm‑10 pm shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, with a first week of training that includes full‑time night and day shifts.

Requirements
  • Experience in a customer care or front‑of‑house customer‑facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, able to manage upset or distressed customers
  • Ability to build good working relationships with a wide range of people
  • Self‑initiative, calm under pressure, proactive approach to work
  • Basic computer skills and administration capability
  • Accurate incident recording and reporting ability
  • Basic DBS check required
