NEXT is seeking a fluent German-speaking customer service professional to support our global reach. You’ll engage with customers in German and English across multiple channels and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
During onboarding, you’ll complete five weeks of training and coaching, with a probationary period and a potential 20% performance bonus paid quarterly. This role sits within our International team in the UK.
