Specsavers Leicester Domiciliary is offering a Customer Service Apprentice role based in our Leicester Domi Audiology office. You will join a friendly team and spend 13 months training in a paid full-time job, delivering excellent customer care in-store.
Responsibilities include booking appointments, handling customer enquiries, taking phone calls, answering emails and ordering stock. The role is office-based with a supportive team and structured training to develop skills.
