Otis Elevator Co. is recruiting a Customer Advisor for our Emergency Desk in Leicester. You will be the first point of contact for customers with equipment issues, working with the Inbound Call team from Otisline.
You will answer alarm calls, follow scripts, and manage the Otisline Inbox while developing skills across the customer service centre. Training will be provided and opportunities for growth exist in a global leader in elevators and escalators.
