Otis is recruiting a Customer Care Champion for the Otisline Contact Centre Team in Leicester, working a 30-hour week from 4pm to 10pm. You will be the primary interface between our internal and external customers, handling calls and emails while dispatching work orders and updating CRM with accurate information.
You will need a passion for excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
