Customer & Marketplace Lead

Our client is a successful and growing online retailer seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support customers throughout the order journey. This is a fast paced, customer focused role where you will manage orders, liaise with suppliers and delivery partners, resolve queries and ensure an outstanding customer experience from purchase through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities Processing and managing customer orders Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email Providing order and delivery updates Liaising with suppliers and logistics partners Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally Maintaining accurate customer and order records Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the e-commerce operation Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey Success in this role will come from your ability to work independently and stay motivated without constant supervision.

Whilst you will be part of a supportive team, much of your day will be spent managing your own workload, prioritising tasks and taking ownership of customer outcomes.
