Partner Success Manager

Every Partner who joins iOB Business starts a business of their own, and you will be the person walking alongside them. From onboarding and live training through to their first client wins, you will guide Partners through the 4L Pathway, answer their questions, and spot where a little more support would make the difference.

You will work closely with our Co-Founders and the fulfilment and product teams, feeding what you hear from Partners back into how AgencyOS grows.

• Onboard new Partners and run their 1-2-1 live training sessions
• Coach Partners through their first ninety days, from set-up to first client
• Host the fortnightly group coaching sessions
• Answer support requests by phone, email and Zoom, and keep the helpdesk moving
• Track Partner progress and step in early where someone is stuck
• Turn common questions into Learn Centre content and SOPs

• Experience in customer success, account management, training or coaching
• A genuine interest in small business, marketing and digital services
• Clear, warm communication in writing and on calls
• Comfortable learning software quickly and explaining it simply
• Organised and self-directed, with an eye for what needs doing next
