The role involves handling calls from technicians, service managers and customers, dispatching work orders and maintaining CRM records. You’ll work a 10pm–8am rota and may upskill into other customer service areas.
The successful candidate is passionate about customer service, has strong written and verbal communication, and works well under pressure. An unsociable hours allowance is included.
